You’ve probably heard about Shepherd's Pie, but have you ever made it? 😋
Today, we are making French Canadian Pâté Chinois or 'Chinese pie.' 🍲 It differs from English Shepherd's Pie or French Hachis Parmentier (we will make it a bit later).
The French Canadians include corn! It adds a sweet and slightly crunchy texture to the dish, making it stand out from traditional meat-and-potato pies.
This hearty meal typically consists of three layers: ground beef 🐄 on the bottom, corn 🌽 in the middle, and mashed potatoes 🥔 on top.
It’s comforting, delicious, and filling so well that you won’t want to eat for a long time. Good, right?
It's also a great meal to make and store in the fridge for busy weeknights. Just pop it in the oven, and dinner is served!
Next is Cheese Ravioli with Gorgonzola Sauce. Who doesn't love a delicious pasta dish that can be made in just 20 minutes? Quick and easy, and full of flavor! You only need a handful of ingredients to make this meal.

For this recipe, you will need a sheet of puff pastry dough, sliced ham, shredded cheese, and an egg. Minimum ingredients for the best baking result! 💃🏻
